my beautiful daughter caroline passed away suddenly on the 7th december 2002. caroline suffered from cerebral palsy and needed 24 hour care. she was my dimply dumpling (nickname). She was always full of smiles, even when poorly which was quite often. Caroline had an older sister Christina who was 8 and a younger sister who was 11 weeks old when she died. As all of my daughters she was very much loved and she is greatly missed. Not a day goes by when I dont think about her.
